Please be advised that the Graham Fire Department will be taking part in a training exercise at 12:00 p.m. on Friday, September 29, 2017 at Indulor America LP, 932 E. Elm Street Graham. During this time, a large quantity of water will be used. Due to this training exercise, residents and businesses located in this general area may notice some discoloration in water.
