The City of Graham would like to introduce our new Interactive Voice Response transaction processing program.  You are now able to pay your water bill 24 hours a day, 7 days a week by dialing

Follow the voice prompts to complete your transaction.  You will need to have your account number as well as the billing address for the credit card you are using.

Additionally, you are now able to sign up for Automatic Credit Card Payment.  You will need to enroll in our Online Bill Payment service to get started.  Follow the instructions and choose the “Automatic Credit Card Payment” option when prompted.  For more information, please refer to the “Getting Started Guide” for assistance.
